[It appears as an innocuous looking but lovely box (the kind for necklaces and their pendants) on her table (did he bribe Kineta to bring it inside through Locke's stable access into the house? Possibly... She can't prove it!!)

There's also a note attached to it 'don't open till I'm there. -Jecht'

If she takes a peek, there's a reddish-tinged ladybug pendant sitting on a cushion, attached to a necklace.]

[See, the suspense is indeed killing her, but!!! He requested she wait. So that's what she'll do.

...even if the urge to just open it up before he gets there is strong. In fact, when he arrives, she's ready to open the box, looking pretty impatient.
